About your Executive Coach
“Carolina would uncover deeper layers of beliefs and meanings I was unconsciously living with striking precision, yet genuine care, warmth, and attention.” Baiba M.
Since I was little, it has been important to me to help others and contribute to their well-being. I was a shy, chubby, and very insecure child. I felt like I didn't fit in, that I wasn't important, and that the other people around me were prettier, smarter, or better than me.

Hi, I'm Carolina Zorrilla
I was very hard on myself, leading me to seek perfection in everything I did.
I was constantly criticizing my body, my personality, everything about me. I was very good at masking my emotions, because despite the loneliness, sadness, and frustration I constantly felt, I always had a smile on my face. I was always trying to please everyone, and to do so, I was the "good girl," the good student, the good daughter, the good friend, the one who tried her best not to make mistakes, and the one who was always willing to help, listen, and motivate others.

I have always had a great curiosity to explore the world and interact with different types of people and cultures.
I love to travel, and my dream was to study abroad. When I was 19, I met the man who is now my husband and best friend. Together, we shared that dream of traveling and discovering the world. He's Dutch, and by chance, fate brought us together. That's how love led me to the Netherlands to finish my studies in International Business. At 25, I had my daughter, and at 28, I had my twins. By then, we had already lived and worked in the Netherlands, Chile, and were now in Spain.
At 33, I managed to join the executive committee of a German multinational company. I had a good salary, good friends, and we lived in Switzerland. My family was doing well, and everything was "ideal." Even though I had achieved everything I had set out to do and everything that I believed would make me immensely happy, it wasn't the case. I felt unmotivated at work, lacking purpose, and with many questions on my mind. I was constantly busy and in a rush. I felt I had to achieve greater things, that I also had to be a better wife, mother, daughter, and friend. I demanded too much of myself; I didn't recognize my achievements, my efforts, my talents.
My dissatisfaction was growing, and this led me to an existential crisis. I knew I needed a change, that I was missing something, but I had no idea what it was

A new change of country, this time to the United States, encouraged me to leave the corporate world and dedicate time and energy to finding my passion, my purpose and giving more meaning to my life.
I began studying coaching at the University of Miami with the goal of exploring more about myself. This was a transformative process where I realized the importance of having someone you trust, who doesn't judge you, and who is neutral to help you see different perspectives on what you're going through. Coaching resonated deeply with me because I loved the idea of being able to change my life by accessing my own inner wisdom.
I felt a deep alignment, and it awakened a passion for learning to understand human behavior and, at the same time, serving people in transforming their lives. Since then, I decided to dedicate myself professionally to coaching and support people like me, who are searching for a life full of purpose, fulfillment, abundance, and inner peace, and for leading in a more humane way and making a difference in the lives of others.
