Recognizing and reconnecting with my essence 
Since I was little it has been important to me to help others and contribute to people's well-being. I was a shy, chubby girl, and very insecure about myself. I felt like I didn't fit in, that I wasn't important, and that other people around me were prettier, smarter, or better than me. 
MY STORY

I was very hard on myself, leading me to seek perfection in everything I did.

I always criticized my body, my personality, and everything about me. I was very good at masking my emotions, because despite the loneliness, sadness and frustration I constantly felt, I always had a smile. I lived my life trying to please everyone, and to do so I was the “good girl”, a good student, a good daughter, a good friend, the one who tried as hard as possible not to make mistakes, and was always ready to help, listen and motivate others.

I have always had curiosity to know the world and interact with different types of people and cultures. 

I love to travel and my dream was to study abroad. When I was 19, I met the man who is now my husband and best friend. Together we share that dream of traveling and discovering the world. He is Dutch and by chance destiny brought us together. That's how love took me to the Netherlands to finish my studies in International Business. At 25 I had my daughter and at 28 I had my twins. By then we had already lived and worked in The Netherlands, Chile and Spain. 

At 33 years old I managed to be on the executive committee of a German multinational company. I had a good salary, good friends and we lived in Switzerland. My family was well and everything was “ideal.” Although I had achieved everything I had set out to do and what in my perspective would make me immensely happy, it was not like that. I felt unmotivated in my work, lacking purpose, with many questions in my mind. I was always busy and fast-paced all the time. I felt that I should achieve greater things, that I should also be a better wife, mother, daughter, friend. I demanded too much from myself, I didn't recognize my achievements, my effort, my talents. My dissatisfaction was increasing, and this led me to an existential crisis. I knew I needed a change, that I was missing something, but I had no idea what it was. 

A new change of country, this time to the United States, encouraged me to leave the corporate world and dedicate time and energy to finding my passion, my purpose, and giving more meaning to my life..

I began studying coaching at the University of Miami, in order to explore more about myself. This was a transformative process where I realized the importance of having someone you trust, who is non-judgmental and neutral to help you see different perspectives of what you are going through. Coaching resonated with me a lot. I loved the idea of being able to change your life by accessing your own inner wisdom. I felt a great alignment and it awakened in me a great passion for learning to understand human behavior but at the same time serving people in transforming their lives. Since then, I decided to dedicate myself professionally to coaching and supporting people who, like me, are in search of a life full of purpose, fulfillment, abundance and inner peace as well as to lead with authenticity and make a difference. 
Method. 

My method is holistic.

In it we work on your physical body, your mind,your emotions, your energy and your spiritual body. I use different techniques that are simple and with great impact to achieve a sustainable change in your life. This will lead you to feel great well-being, coherence and fulfillment. These are some of the tools that we can use in a coaching process. Not all of them are necessary and I will use the ones that adapt and resonate the most with you.
